Your Files
Both CDS records centres are
protected by centrally monitored security alarms and advanced fire and
smoke detection systems.
All files and boxes are allocated unique 10-digit barcodes and are
scanned into the CDS tracking database. This insures instant location
of individual files and boxes with 100% accuracy.
When you need a file or box delivered back to you, simply send through
a request by email, phone or fax and we will hand deliver your
documents to you. There are 2 delivery options:
• Standard Delivery (next day)
• Express Delivery (2 hours)
An integral part of our document storage service is the assistance we
give you in establishing and maintaining a simple and efficient records
retention policy. This will enable you to store files for only as long
as you need to and then destroy them in bulk, reducing the quantity
stored and therefore lowering costs.
